Mission:Return integrates with Shopify and Magento, as well as an open API, FTP file transfer, and the ability for manual returns to be created. You have the option of pulling in the information from an order or the customer can manually input their information. Either way, it’s easy to make returns frictionless for you and your customers.
BRANDED PORTALS
A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE FOR RETAILERS AND CUSTOMERS
Purchase details from the customer are automatically pulled into the retailer branded returns portal. From there customers can book a return using their order number, then simply select the item they want to return and drop the return off at their closest drop off point.
